In the print dialog set Scale = 100% (actual size) and make sure “Fit to page” is OFF. Measure the 50 mm calibration box on the first guide sheet with a ruler — if it is exactly 50 mm, you are good to go.
To save as PDF, switch the destination to “Save as PDF” in the Chrome / Edge print dialog.
